About Us

Three Swans Events was born while planning one of very own baby Swan's weddings. This mother-daughter team got to work immediately upon our co-founder's engagement. Despite never planning an event like this before, Kate and her mom, Tracy, worked tirelessly to make their vision come to life (and had so much fun along the way!). Throughout the planning process, Kate and Tracy leaned into discovering as much as possible about the wedding and events industry and all it takes to plan an unforgettable evening, day, evening or entire weekend. During the year-long wedding planning process these two "do-ers" managed to not only stay best friends but to also fall in love with the process of planning and coordinating a uniquely personalized celebration.
